Martina Smuclerova holds Ph.D. in Public International Law (2010) and M.A. in International Law and International Organizations from the Sorbonne Law School in Paris, France (Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne). Senior Lecturer at Institut d’études politiques de Paris (Sciences PO) in France since 2011 and at the Ambis University in Prague, Czech Republic, since 2020, she gives Public International Law courses and leads law research projects. In 2012-2019, Dr. Smuclerova served in parallel as an international legal adviser and diplomat for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic and a Representative at the United Nations, European Union and other international fora.
