Tzuli Wu

Dr. Wu is an adjunct associate research fellow of Institute for National Defense and Security Research and also teaching at the Graduate Institute of International Security in National Defense University. His research interests include defense strategy, defense industry and military affairs. He received MS of Operations Research from U.S. Naval Postgraduate School in California, earned PhD in Decision Sciences and Engineering Systems at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in the US. Before retired from the military, he had been an assistant professor of department of information management in Naval Academy, a visiting fellow of RUSI in London, and a research fellow at the Center for Strategic Studies in National Defense University.
