Dominika Hajdu is the Director for Policy and Programming at GLOBSEC, where she oversees the organization’s programmatic strategy, research, and policy work. She has been with the organization since 2017, focusing primarily on state and societal resilience to hybrid threats across Europe. She has led major international projects on research, awareness-raising, and capacity-building for diverse target groups, and has authored dozens of impactful and highly cited reports.
Dominika regularly advises institutions and governments and is responsible for enhancing the organization’s impact across key EU institutions, being based in GLOBSEC’s Brussels office.
Prior to joining GLOBSEC, Dominika gained experience in the advertising sector and EU public affairs in Brussels. She holds an MA in EU Foreign Policy from the University of Leuven in Belgium and speaks English, French, and Slovak.
